Council Coordinator Job Description

MoveOn councils are instrumental in building the progressive movement by bringing together MoveOn Members locally to develop leadership and organize actions. Each Council has a Council Coordinator, who is the local organizer, and works to make sure that the Council is growing, developing, and successfully running MoveOn campaigns in its community.

The Council Coordinator is not an event planner-- but rather the local organizer delegating responsibilities to different MoveOn members in the Council, and building a strong core group of members.
