February Recess District Meetings
The February Congressional Recess is a critical opportunity for us to continue driving home our message that the lesson from recent setbacks is that Democrats need to show some backbone and fight for the change we all voted for -- starting with passing real health care reform. We need to make our voices heard against corporate control of our politics. We need to speak out in favor of economic policies that benefit Main Street instead of Wall Street, like health care reform and holding big banks accountable. And it's critical that we make sure the final story of this recess isn't that right-wing tea partiers came out in force and drove the final nail through the coffin of health care reform.
