Message from your host, Chris O.: Greater Lowell for Peace & Justice is sponsoring this event as part of our monthly vigils on every 19th. Everybody is welcome. Because of traffic patterns in Lowell we decided to start at 5:00PM, even though it might not be dark enough for candles to really show up. Bring them anyway if you like.
