Seven uber-conservative senators are blocking a bill that could save millions of lives and prevent millions of new cases of malaria, TB, and HIV.

Senate leader Harry Reid has the power to overrule these extremists and put this critical bill to a vote. It's got broad bipartisan support, and will pass easily—if it ever gets a chance.

Tell him that saving millions of lives is more important than following arcane Senate customs—customs he himself has ignored before.
